HOW TO ENTER

To enter, write a review of an adult sex toy you have used or one of your best experiences when using an adult sex toy either by yourself or with a partner. The sex toy did not have to be purchased at intimate n discreet. The sex toy in review may be used by yourself, your partner, or someone you know.

To be eligible, all entries must be completed and received by midnight on the last day of the month.

All entries shall become the property of intimate n discreet. Intimate n discreet is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. 

CONTEST RULES:

1.       The contest is open to the general public as long as the person submitting the entry is 18 years old or older. Identification proving age must be produced if requested.

2.       Employees of barefoot-ventures, the owner of barefoot-ventures & intimate n discreet, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

3.       The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

4.       Decisions of the staff of intimate n discreet are final - no substitutions will be available.

5.       By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her first name on the intimate n discreet web-site announcing the fact that they have won. The winner also allows intimate n discreet to publish the winning review on the intimate n discreet website.

6.       In accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that barefoot-ventures may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

7.       This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
